NOTES FOR 1999 NOV 16

These are the notes for my conversation with the TSB member

about potential FBI involvement in the file.

It shows how he had no previous idea of the AES readings and their implications.

Then Lathem held a meeting about the file

without either of his physical evidence investigators present.

Gorman later met with me to discuss it and was visibly upset with Lathem over the matter.

Then within a couple of minutes,

he did a total change and was supporting Lathem completely

as if nothing had happened.

He of course needed to show total loyality to Lathem

in order to remain in contention for his commission to Inspector.

He then went on to heavily criticize my actions

and to warn me that there was no criminal investigation of the crash.
