            During the morning, had a discussion with Othmar HUMMEL, the chief engineer for SR Technics.  He was heading out to Ottawa for the TSB safety meetings this week (John GARSTANG & Larry FOGG are away to them).  Our conversation mentioned the AES results of the seawater tests, and Othmar was very surprised of the results.  He said that he had been told earlier that the magnesium was as a result of seawater and had no importance at all.  I clearly informed him of the results, and that seawater seemed to not have played a part in the deposit of magnesium.  He appeared very interested and somewhat concerned over this matter.  I have no doubt that he will give it considerable thought.
