            Had a discussion with Andy KERR & Dwayne COOPER about yesterday’s meetings with Insp. LATHEM.  We will each be submitting our own memos to him regarding GERDEN’s request for post-December assistance.

            Andy KERR has also been tasked with arranging for tests of the skin material to determine if the alloy has been altered by the ‘Black’ weapon.  Apparently, Insp. LATHEM has received a request from Vic GERDEN to arrange for it as they do not have the time or ability to perform it.  It seems that this leans to the criminal side, so it appears that they do not want to be seen to be investigating such an act.  Andy is presently contacting the DND for a source of such testing.  I suggested QETE in Hull.
