Your attendance is required at a meeting on Feb. 20, 2001 @ 0900 to take place in the 5th floor boardroom of the TD Bank Bldg. (RCMP Atlantic Regional Office) located at 1496 Bedford Highway.

This meeting is to discuss the identification component of Operation Homage.  Persons attending will be Supt. Lee Fraser, S/Sgt. Vic Gorman, S/Sgt. Neil Fraser, Cpl. Peter Purchase and myself.

Please confirm your attendance.  Dress will be plain clothes.

            I expected to hear something about this meeting, as during our last discussion over this matter and in my memo to LATHEM regarding post-December work, I had mentioned putting in a report to Ident regarding Ident functions in this file.  Insp. LATHEM had made the statement that instead of a report, there would be a face-to-face meeting with Lee FRASER and other people.  I can see Neil and Vic being involved, but why LATHEM and Peter PURCHASE?  However, this certainly will not preclude a report on methods and techniques, as there are too many new ideas developed in this file to let them just go by.
