            Jim FOOT, Randy VITT, and Don ENNS were in this morning to start the Fire meeting.  With John GARSTANG, they are starting the preliminary stages of determining the fire source.  In talking with John, he advised that he would keep me informed on the outcome.  Once again, I have far too much to do to be involved in these meetings.

(Clarification:)  Another meeting that I was not invited to, nor allowed to attend.  The TSB was not going to pay for my time while having me in such a meeting, especially since they were looking for only an accidental cause with no consideration at all for a criminal cause.
