            The promotion board for the Winnipeg position was held today, but they are taking all day, so Ottawa sent down word that it will be Monday before any results are released.

(Clarification:)  As soon as I read the comments on the PRP's, I realized that I had no chance whatsoever in winning the promotion board.  As Lee Fraser had said on Feb 20, I was not going to advance in Ident.  However, in order to enter into a grievance, or in this case, a request for intervention (RFI), I had to submit the PRP's to the board and follow through with the process.  However, by this date, I already had the initial RFI form filled out and ready for submission.
