            Insp. LATHEM called this morning to advise that the end date has been extended to mid-April.  The extra time in April is to cover the trip to Ottawa, and to allow time to work on my notes and other things.  It was agreed that TSB would provide the TAN for the trip, but I am to obtain correspondence in writing from Lee GARSTANG that the TSB will cover all expenses.  I mentioned that John GARSTANG had been concerned about three days being sufficient time, and that he intended to work long days, and that extra time would be involved, saying that his extra evening time would probably last until midnight some nights.  At the time I was in ‘J’ Hangar working on the insulation sort with Bob, and the phone call didn’t take long.
