Spoke with John and Lee GARSTANG.  It seems that GERDEN and Insp. TANNER have had their discussion, and I am on for the FAA-3 trip.  The plane tickets have been ordered. 

(Clarification:)  Don Enns mentioned to me one day that he had told Gerden that if I did not attend the FAA-3 test in Atlantic City, he too would not go and they might as well call it off.  It shows how much Gerden wanted and needed the final burn test, what I call the fraud test.
